Efficiency Versus the Customer

The article presents the current maddness of being tech savvy for every company.

They need to see that the increasing usage of technology does not alienate them from the customers or prospective customer.At time one has to evaluate the various channels to be used and see how to avoid discontent and repeated marketing calls to the same person. lets not be penny wise and pound foolish
