first i want to know if reimbusement of News paper or Telephone or any other reimbusement is taxable in the hand of Employee if it is actually paid, or only excess is taxable and what about FBT on all this amount.
Other query is if company provide the tel at employee residence for office purpose, and it is leased line telephone will it attract the FBT.
