PH.D in ENGNEERING MATHEMATICS

Hi My name is HESHAM OSMAN I've a master degree in engineering math & physics from CAIRO univ. in EGYPT. I'd like to get a PH.D. in eng. math. from one of the top univ.'s in INDIA as it's one of the top contries in MATH. so can you help me to do so.
