The increasing rate of crime in our country is due to the fact that the protecters or preventers have themselves turned corrupt.They are equally responsible for crime as the so called "criminals". Its just that they escape because of thier uniforms, and therefore can be easily termed as criminals in guise of policemen.They completely misuse thier power and authority.Its not only the policemen but all the haves of our society who continue to manipulate circumstantes for thier own needs.It is high time that something is done about it.
