True....Indian rural econlmy is not just about agriculture. The results of it are already given by the author. Huge potential is yet to be tapped in the rural sector. Rural is fast catching up with. But the reach is only limited to few states & few states are still not waken up to this fact. For a developed India rural development is a must & it has to grow at much faster rate
