Wipro is a system / process driven organisation and no longer a home bred entity. It is in the interest of someone like Azim Premji, that he brings in fresh blodd to drive future growth. In another perspective, the immense contribution of some one like paul need not be trumpeted, it is available to see in a very transparent and creditable manner.
