I completely agree with the author about the state of B'lore and most of it can be attributed to this sudden boom of IT in B'lore. Unless, individuals start contributing to B'lore development, the current state cannot be changed (infact it is going to worsened). Well, I'm one of those person who has left B'lore because of all this reason. I moved to B'lore around 7 years back and used to feel proud of being part of that city. This is not the feeling any more and I finally decided to leave B'lore. Other than roads, B'lore govt offices, police etc also needs to be improved.
