I am of the opinion that rather than just discussing about this in articles in the papers, it should reach the policy makers who are in charge of the policies in education. There is an urgent need for work experience for entry into B-Schools and industry interface to be implemented in B-Schools as well as other post graduate courses so that the students who pass out from these places are more competent to handle situations.
What I have seen is that most of the students who graduate from good b-schools are straight away absorbed by good companies at top levels and there are unable to handle the situations and the people under them. A separate ministry for education should be re-constituted at the central level, which can take these issues more seriously.
