I completely agree with you. This kind of multiplicity in identities is actually a very easy way for someone to beat the system.Countries like the US / Singapore etc have a single ID for every national born there/ visits the country. it helps in easily tracking apersons entire life/ credit/ financial /etc etc history.
As for the advice on investing in photo cos, well i am gonna place my buy order with my agent..
