Its a great article. My only sore point is the ending sentences which sort of gives me an impression of the author that India's growth is solely because of IIT. IIT is a great institution, no doubt, but never for a moment ignore the rest. You never know from where a Noble Prize or a monumental achievement, the sort of Ramanujan or Sir C.V.Raman is going to come from.
