As per the code of conduct applicable for PSUs, the EDs/GMs etc (whether women or men) are not supposed to give interviews for such purposes without prior permission in writing from superior authorities. Such permission is not easy to come by as in some cases, the request is referred to the concerned administrative ministry in the Government. It is possible that for these practical constraints, such personalities are not considered.
