The problem is with the poor management of projects and a host of others.
Indians lack perfectionism and don't even like criticism. They always take criticism personally, many times due to the critic's tendency to make the attack personal.
Also, companies take advantage, to the hilt, of the Indian's tendency to respect and not question seniors/elders. Thus, Indian youth ends up with very less pay and barely strives to manage while the owners and senior managers live royal lives. Basically, this is exploitation.
There is no respect for the personal lives of employees and they are expected to work late hours and even on weekends. All this because a lot of incompetent people are running the show as managers.
Right now, things have not reached an eruption level but soon things will.
