Excellent piece of an article.valid points-make sense indeed! But the present day CEOs often lack focus.. which keeps on changing from time to time! Instead they get stuck with a few from which they started! They lack empathy..bureaucratic many times! dont practise what they learn in B-school on listening peers and subordinates! They think invariably that they are always right!
