It's the time when our country is positioned at a place in the outsourcing industry, where many are waiting for cracks and pitfalls to show. Because as a leader there are many who are closely following the India model. The recent scam in one of the BPO in Pune, is a result of negligence of the BPO company itself. It's very difficult for one to believe that when all the calls are monitored and recorded, how this can happen, moreover the customers are also responsible for disclosing their PIN details which are not to be disclosed to anyone. The BPO's in India should learn a lesson from this and make the checks in their system to avoid any such scams in future which would spoil our country's reputation in ITES and BPO domain.
