Poor guys what will they do. They dont get big commission like politicians. To get prominant posts they have to pay huge bribes. And in the end, they get blamed for everything. The entire goonda community can burn police in the middle of media and no will take action against these goondas. Lots of public property is destroyed and everyone is quick to blame police. One should understand they are also human and they become inhuman in frustration. The best thing is to educate them properly and train them appropriately.
