What exactly Rajob Gandhi or Sam Pitroda did for technology. Sam Pitroda's DOT cannot produce any new technology. Indian telecom system are now all foreign, there is nothing Indian at all. Is this the contribution of Rajob Gandhi and Sam Pitroda?
