1st decision was 100% wrong. If they wanted to creat secular state, then concept of united India including Pakistan and Bangladesh would have saved a lot of money that all countries are spending in Defence, wars and could have been well utilized in building highway, dam etc. 2nd decision would not have been required. 3rd decision is O.K but not good. Instead of Globalization, GOI should have given more subsidies to then Industries and made export compulsory to them. 4th Decision was too late. If Necular option was exercised much earlier nearby Chinese tests, we would have been in UN security concil today. 5th decision is not yet clear and opinion of Nuclear sientists should be held final than decision by politicians.
