The various questions asked in your comment are very often asked by the common to the government employee every time he approaches for any work, approval, sanction, etc. Now you need to answer those questions ? do you have an answer... when it comes to you, you raise these qustions... just think about the plight of 150 crores of common man suffering at the currupt government staff.
