Hello Mr.Dasarath You can try to intimate your immediate head.Wait for a week and check if there is any response.If not try your immediate head's head.Still you didnt receive any response, just dare to meet the MD or CEO whatever the head in top without appointment and make sure yourself with only 2 options....either extra salary or quit.But before this i would like to know how long are you working in that concern....second is are you clear with your intentions...Good Luck
