Which IIM you are talking of mate?
IIM - A profile for 2008 - close 60% are experienced. For 2009 it is 60%. For details check the IIM A website.
If you check for earlier ones, almost same pattern. Coming to IIM-B and C, almost the same pattern.
Oh! I get it. It is something like MIT = Madras Institute Of Technology
No wonder if you have made it (definitely on quota basis - that is also in doubt), IIMs are not making it globally. Good heavens!!!
