The commission also wants the provision that deprives a wife from claiming maintenance if she is living in adultery to be deleted.
well that doesn't seem very fair... if the wife commits adultry, i don't see why she should be entitled to take her husband's money... if it's her decision to break the marriage contract in that way, she should be able to accept the consequences of her act. i don't think it will help anyone to pay women for committing adultry!
