drunk drivers

If an accident occurs where a fatality results, the driver if legally under the influence of alchohol, must be charged with "assualt with a deadly weapon", the weapon being his car, whether or not the accident was his faullt.

Perhhaps only then will people refrain from drinking abd driving.
