Sir, I am not saying married shud have GF/BF. But there are enough people in offices who come early or stay late, just to talk to to their GF/BF/ or whatever. The focus here is Let us have some Work Life Balance. Becoz of office's ostensible work, let us not neglect our personal /family life. One day we will become virtually stranger to our family , if we spend 12 hours in office and 3 hours in commuting. If there is some genuine work than stay late in office, not just out of routine or to impress boss or thats the ur company work
