Yes it is difficult to maintain a balancing act between career & relationship.Something has to be sacrificed otherwise matter may worsen to dislike of either partner.I was searching for a new job and I got it of my liking BUT I could not join it because my youngest daughter was studying in HSC. She has secured good result and got admission of her choice. I feel that I have taken a right decision because here relation has overpowered career.Vice Versa may also happen. One who think with all pros & cons will definately suceed presently OR in future.
