For me,I believe in and follow "passion and profession, I dont mix", I am ready to compromise my career but not my relations. After 10 years, I dont want to see myself as the Director or a CEO of a company and not remember when I did I last take my wife out for a dinenr. There is one life and I would not compromise it . So for me my personal life is always above everything else.
