I have been using a BPL connection since 4 years (postPaid) and havent faced any problems. But since the service is based only in Mumbai, when I go to Gujarat, they bill me huge roaming charges. Otherwise the service has been good. As far as internet is concerned, Reliance Net connect has been superb and Sify sucked a lot of money from me without any service. Their customercare is based in Chennai so didnt make sense shouting as it was an STD call!!
