I had similar problem with the same CDMA service provider. I have a prepaid number and have the habit of noting down the balance every time an outgoing call is made or any sms is sent and to my surprise, some ten days back noted that Rs. 30/- has been deducted from my account. I contacted the customer care and they said that the amount deducted was not for outgoing call but for getting the radio activated, which I have never done as I am least interested in this. I not even listen to the FM radio available in my handset and argued with the customer care that I have not used the said facility. Then after following up for a couple of days, I was refunded Rs. 30/- to my account that was wrongly deducted for the service not sought for me. So, mobile users, keep track of your account balance on a regular basis to avoid getting illegal deductions for services not used by you.
