Even Maharashtra and Goa circle.. have to dial atleast 10-15 times before getting through as error msg appears: call-failed, number busy. next to get an agent online is another long process. These companies try to wear a customer out.. But dont give up.. write a few emails to TRAI, consumer forum and the companies themselves.. Although it will take a long time you will finally succeed..
