I have requested them to deactivate my caller tune on 18 Jan 08, and then they sent me message that your caller tune has been deactivated, but till today they have not deactivated it and charging me Rs 3o per month. So i called the customer care and told this fact and also i told him that i am still having your deactivation message with me. After listning this also they have not deactvitated my caller tune and charging continuously and told me to visit their vodafone customer care center. This is tooooooo bad.
