I feel though there is no time for anybody in today's world to celebrate or remember Guru Purnima, ideally the importance of Guru Purnima should be taught and celebrated in schools itself so that the children and later grown ups understand the importance of Gurus in our life. I feel Gurus are the most important person in anybody's life because they are the ones who mould us to be a human being. Alas the relevance and importance of this character in our life is slowly fading away. And this should not be seen as an Hindu tradition or festival. It should be followed by other communities also because the concept is equally important for all religion people.
