How you spend matters, not how much you spend.

It is always welcome to raise the funds for the Education sector...the only panacea to Poverty.
However, the important factor that drives the education sector is the teaching faculty.
1.Govt should take steps to get the best teachers....and execuse me if I ask to remove 'reservations with compromised marks'.
2.Not just the profession, even the pay of the teachers should match that of other highly reputed professions such as doctors and engineers.
3.Encourage NGOs participation, not materially, but morally.
4.Corporate sectors can participate by making it's employee give guest lectures in the nearest schools/colleges. So, does the alumni of each school/college. This gives industry exposure experience to the students as well.

More people can add more points to the list.

On the whole, I would say, revive the Education system in India.
