Most Idiotic artilce ever read

Im sorry to say but this is the most idiotic article i have ever read in rediff. He has gone to day 10, but day 1 itself is enough for laying u on bed. Do u think the owners of gym are fools?.. ofcourse the rest days tricks are also foolish
