If you ask me this question' my answer is Big NO Hair loss is permanent. It is mainly Genetic. The only way you can get hair back is by Hair transplantation, which is bit expensive and painful too. Ofcourse you will loose them after some time ( 5- 8 yrs). My suggestion is . Do not worry about it. Just be happy with what ever tht you have.
