I totally agree with u sir. I myself also had very very bitter experiences with Deccan and Air India, you wrote just the truth,i feel like airlines like Air India should also think about changing their aircraft staff as they all are never in the mood to help you or to answer any of your question in a polite way and not to forget that they all are too very old they should be giving chance to young people so that they wont get tired too easily.Once i asked for a glass of water to an Air India flight's airhostess and answering to my question she replied that cant u see i've been working so long i am tired but i will give water in a while and i was like AAAHHHHHHHHHHH............
