As all of us have seen, how government is centralising such institution in developed state and cities. Whethese these new institution will be set up based on the population of a state and to fullfill the regional imbalance or it will be decided based on economy of a state? The industrialist who will participate in funding for such institution are generally in big cities of big state(economy, infrastructure etc wise), will they support to establish such institution in poor city/state for the development? Govt should establish these only in backward region of the country(undeveloped).
