Continuing from my last message. Kendriya Vidyalayas established by union government has played an important role in providing feeder material to higher education system and thus to nation building , So establishing new schools,colleges and central universities is more important for most of us then new IIT and IIM. May be Rashmi is just interested in IIT and IIM part in Manmohan Singh's announcement but this can not be considered a geniric choice of most of us. Also this shows mayopic view istalled by these ivory towers called IIM in the students. IIM faculty and Management are man of straw, When Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi proposed to reduce fees of IIM they cried through rooftop as though he is asking IIMs to take in RSS caders but they have no guts to speak against Arjun Singh for steamrolling damaging changes,They very well know ways of congress rule where as BJP was novice in running governement. Bakul Dholakia keeps on placating UPA by inviting Likes of Laloo to IIM as if he is visionary behind the policy to increase axle load which was prime reason to double fright capacity, while ignoring real engineers of turnaround in Indian Railways .
