I understand sam, that paying to get into the IIMs and XLs of the world is a different story. but there are instts like the great IIPM that figure in the list who claim to be supoerior to IIMs and manage to creep into these surveys. By the way ISB and TISS do not even participate in such surveys. I am a Human Resource Manager working for IBM India Pvt Ltd for the past 3 years. My experience has been different from yours.
