Indian B schools are reduced to employment exchanges.They are name sake schools .Instead of teaching good management practices and doing orogonal research they are only run on tall claims of huge pay packets. Is not this mockery.All b schools in india including IIMs put together did not produce even 10 papers worth use. While IIM A is busy aopi9ng harvard and attaching itself to the institute , ISB hyderabad is busy making B school a hi fashion shop. It is disgusting.Companies should explore lesser known but better run schools and stop supporting this hype.It is all nonsensical and stupod.
