I have seen many people who keep writing in these forums that Gates is a drop out, Ambani is a drop out etc etc and so u don;t need a MBA and stuff. Well, I think this is a human mentality of the tune of "grapes are sour". Since you find it difficult to clear cat and get to IIMs or clear JEE and get to IIT, u satisfy urself telling these things. Look at urself and see where u stand. An MBA may not make u a Gates or an Ambani but it certainly takes u closer. The amount of dropsouts being an Ambani or Gates is 0.1% while a MBA being a Narayan Murthy is 15%. Any logical person can surely see the advantage of an MBA from the top institute from this numbers. i.e Take all top executives and directors, get the ratio of this w.r.t drop outs and get the same ratio w.r.t MBA from top institute and u have this percentage. I do agree there is a one in million who reaches the top with no degress, but trust me its just one in a million. The remaining needs to get some education to put him in the global map.
