I lived in Coorg, Madikeri to be precise, for 3 idylic years. Coorg is a place to live in, not to visit. It does not have many so-called amenities and tourist attractions for which reason it has remained unspoilt. But it is the showpiece of the western ghats and to me, its closest to heaven on earth.
