who is able to speak good english and hindi in kerala-not even in urban areas.it is stupid of u to talk like that.they learn hindi and english.but they r unable to speak the same language.what prashanth has mentioned is a good advice.atleast we should have route no. in buses.i am also a malayalee and have travelled a lot in india.
