Why should you write boards in English ( although they are everywhere in Kerala)? If you go to France , all boards are in French and even if you try to speak to someone in English they will reply to you in French. Obviously they value their language. If you want to come to Kerala , atleast have a minimum understanding of Malayalam , Same goes with other states ...then you wont have any problems.
