Hi, If you travel to other states surely you will chang your comment. Compared to others states number of people who can understand/mange english is more. YOu travel to outside city in your state Karnataka. You will u/stand how better keralites are. In kerala you can find boards in English more than TN & Karnataka. In TN & Kar. you can find the route board in buses only in Tamil and we have to identify only using number. In these two states even the registration number of most of the vehicles are written in regional language!!!
