no need to get so angry, we also faced same problem, People speak english in Kerala and all over india but while travelling we need to interact with people staying in small vilages.... neither they speak english nor hindi,and most imp u can not claim that attitude of people is much better.....recently i have visited Sikkim the localites there will win your heart and i am sure u would love to visit the place again and again with this they alo try their best to speak english as well as hindi.
