Four steps for digestion problems:

1.Try braj asana after each meal.
2.Drink water after one hour of taking ur meal
3.In each 15 days,drink water and make ur stomach full and then vomit whole the water. This will remove acidity from ur stomach.
4.Take five serving of fruits and one serving of juice daily.
