THX a bunch for ur advise. after a lot of brainstorming I've considered to join Viteos (put in my papers b4 i saw ur reply)whch is giving me better package than my current organisation. I'm taking a lot of risk I agree by jumping into unknown but if I dont dare it now I will never ever forgive myslf for loosing out on a gud offer.my intution tells me i wud get to learn more from Viteos. things are now looking promising (wrkwise more than pay package)here @ present wrkplace just because I informed them about my move.This has given me sort of mixed signals, doubts & confusion if my wait here is worthwhile.before this my pleading on better profile went to deaf ears.that makes me feel not how genuine this is going to be for my future assignments if i stick to my current job.
