Is it really necessary to make an issue between Delhi and Chennai? Do you still think People from one part of India is better then other? I had been in both part of India and worked with people from every part of India and my experience, We have both Dumb and Intelligent people in all part of India :) Yes the approach to a problem is different but still they both are best in this world.
