Mr Aftab, It is there in our society too. So far it is confined to street children, orphans, and very poor people. Root coz here is poverty and illiteracy. But, in developed countries, the situation is different. By following their culture, we would be spreading meance to nook and corner of the society, instead of eradicating it.
