I think the Judiciary is thinking TOO HIGH of themselves.
Rather than doing what they are supposed to do
.. Attend to all the Millions of cases dragging on for decades( if not more ).. Attend to the Millions languishing in Jails without Trails... Attend to the basic and inherent faults and lacunae in their own system ( as exposed in the BMW Expose of NDTV)....
....they are trying to ACT Oversmart and Become POPULAR by resorting to SUCH GIMMICKS.
They are trangressing into the Parent- Child domain which is absolutely personal and private.
