Your earlier articles on asanas were a great help as are the asanas mentioned here. What helps us is that since we are not "dedicated" yoga learners but have the chronical problems mentioned, we find it extremely useful to keep adding the asanas mentioned in the article in our "arsenal".
Are there any asanas for: 1) Upper back. I have been having such chronic pain for many years now, at two points on my upper back, bang on the spine. I have a feeling that a nerve might have been crushed under two bones, but I am not sure.
2) Any asanas for reducing fat on the thighs and buttocks (I have "recorded" the Nagarajasana for the thigh)
